I find it hard to believe that any developer would need this many coins to launch a new product, but there's always the option of utilizing the "
Bitcoin testnet box" or "
Regtest".
so the testnet3 tokens have value because of use case.

There is no need for another reset. The max supply should be reached on the testnet it's been over 10 years since a reset. The testnet could be used to boost the mainnet to 1 million. Giving people something they can afford and be apart of and it's only the testnet so if it gets wasted no problem.
