I was not familiar with IPL until this thread from pakhitheboss came up, but thanks to this prediction event, I started researching about the teams and the sport because I like different sports in general. Cricket is a simple game and does not require much effort to understand. It has the concept of runs and the the team that can defeat another team by runs is considered the winner. Defeating by scoring more runs than the opponent or by restricting the opponent from scoring more runs than they have on the scoreboard. You would need to know the history of IPL and the current players who are part of those teams. That will help you evaluate your prediction based on previous performance and the current form of a player.
Cricket is only popular in certain parts of the world and to me the rules don’t sound too easy. I watched it a couple of times but didn’t get it and found it boring but that is also a personal opinion. I saw the event on it but it would really be guessing if I want to participate in the event so will just pass for it but thanks for organizing!
