I understand the logic, but not like Europa has many more games left, it's like what 5 more games? Quarter finals will be 2, semi finals will be 2, and finals will be a single game. So, "focusing" on premier league doesn't mean that you should ignore these five games. If it was many many games, then I would agree, but when it is only five games left I think it's not that important anymore. We should consider them as doing something that will not be causing too much trouble.
Europa League is a big competition, only after Champions League and if any club win Europa League, it is a good title for their club history.

Liverpool are strong and ambitious so they will want to win both Premier League and Europa League. They are able to win both and at this moment, no reason why they have to sacrifice Premier League to win Europa League or to sacrifice Europa League to win Premier League. They need to complete match by match with good result and see what they will achieve at the end.
