Klopp has left some pretty big shoes that perhaps, could be quite difficult to fill. Liverpool is a top tier club and would obviously need an experienced coach that knows his onions.
Xavi Alonso may be a good pick but I personally fear he may not have and maintain good performance amongst the players in their games. I may be wrong as well. Xavi is a really good coach and may actually have what it takes to do the job. But could he bring improve on where Klopp ended and bring significant improvement in the team’s performance? They’re a lot of factors to consider when getting a new manager.
Jurgen Kloop has been Liverpool's coach for a long time and the club knows that achieving success is not an instant thing for the club and the manager needs a process and patience to achieve all that and this patience has produced good results for the club itself. Jurgen Kloop has been able to give Liverpool many trophies over he served as Liverpool manager for 9 years. It is an honor for Liverpool to have a coach like Jurgen Kloop, therefore his departure makes many parties feel sad and feel at a loss because the new coach may not necessarily be like Jurgen Kloop, but Liverpool also have to respect the manager's decision. Liverpool can't always have that manager when they enter his old age, therefore Liverpool must immediately move on.
It should be remembered that each coach has a different strategy and has their own tactics that they believe in, but the goal of all managers is the same, namely to make a contribution to the club that supports them. Xabi Alonso and Jurgen Kloop may have the same interests but they have different strategies in building the club. Liverpool cannot force their will to match the strategy with the previous manager because that will make the new manager feel unappreciated so Liverpool must follow what the new manager says so that there are no disputes between the players and coaches because incompatibility, compact cooperation is an important key to improving club performance.
