Very appropriate advice, as much as possible we should limit the money we will use in gambling with the aim of not experiencing big losses and also being very safe for ourselves. But I wouldn't agree with your example because if I were to win a huge jackpot, I would be so thrilled that I would take the money and exit right away.
I would chose to enjoy the money I have won rather than to try to win more money. At least not at the same time.
