It hasn't gone into bull mode like BTC has, is there a reason?

Yeah there is and it's not only one reason but probably more.

- Obsolete blockchain
- Non friendly blockchain
- It has lost its FOMO and hype.
- Polkadot users were not as high as when this blockchain became so popular in the past.

Im not so optimistic forecasting this coin because i don't like this complicated blockchain. My prediction is that DOT coin will get another big pump in the upcoming days. maybe there are still many improvements to polkadot. I like the coin from a network perspective, their ecosystem is good. but until now there has been no significant sign of polka dots. Having participated in last year's crypto trend, Polkadot had good value, after entering the bear season, Polkadot coins dropped drastically

Where is DOT? It has billion marketcap but it was not even able to be among the blockchain with most of transactions. It means that DOT has no demand and it can still survive due to the speculation only. DOT is not a good blockchain anymore. People are rarely using it now.
The parachain is a total flop, it has proven caused by dot is not also having a lot of TVL too. Its mean people have no interest to use DOT as blockchain to did regular transactions everyday.
