I think a draw is a fair result for both teams if you see the previous performance of teams and this draw will ultimately be useful for Liverpool if LFC cashs this opportunity but as a football lover we will love that the match will not end goalless or draw.
A draw will means both teams will be sharing points equally, and for Manchester city it will means they will be having 64 points and Arsenal will be at 65 points which will also mean that Arsenal will still stay ahead of Manchester city with a point ahead and if Liverpool gets to win their game, they will be at 67 points taking them two points away from Arsenal leaving Arsenal at the second position.
So a draw wouldn't do much favour to Manchester city as it will still keep them at the third position but a win will take them possibly to the first or second position so if they would want to maintain any of these positions, they definitely need to win this game and a loss isn't an option because it will do far more worse damage an they have the he advantage so Manchester city is very likely to win as they are also the favourite for Many especially their fans of course. Manchester city will do everything to secure a win in This game even as it's known that Arsenal is a tough team.
Liverpool is the team with the most advantage but if they win an Arsenal still wins aswell then Arsenal will be using their goal advantage over Liverpool to stay at the top of the table but then Liverpool will hopefully get more points to help them scale through to the top of the table again and win the trophy as that's they dream and target which I see as one that is very much achievable especially if they continue with their best performance.
