This political senerio is not applicable to Africa alone. It is a universal phenomenon. It all depends on the maturity of the mind of the people holding certain political beliefs and attitudes in respect to the proper functioning of democracy in their clime. For democracy can't just succeed in any nation except primodial particularities are cleased from the political climate, and a vibrant civic culture and attitudes are injected into the space.
I hope the democratic challenges in the African continent arises from this particular dilemma, and at best from the abrasive class dynamics over the distribution of the wealth of the society.
