They have 14 points more than AC Milan and 17 points more than Juventus. Serie A has only 9 more match days and Inter Milan have to lose 4 matches at least and AC Milan must have perfect maximum earned points in rest matches, to take over the first position from Inter Milan.

Because Inter Milan were kicked out of Champions League, and from now will focus completely on Serie A, chances for AC Milan and Juventus will not be bigger, but actually smaller.
