Now is Feb 2024 [2], Ethiopia government has signed another MoU (with Hong Kong-based West Data Group) for development of infrastructure for data mining and artificial intelligence training operations in the country. Basically it's development of data centre where different cutting edge technologies will be hosted and Bitcoin mining will also be part of it.
