Everything City have achieved, they did so on the field; if you are talking about the EPL charges when you say "dirty dealings", remember that it is innocent until proven guilty, as at this time the EPL are yet to prove their case and City still say they are 100% not guilty. Having said that, whatever the outcome of this trial is, i think it is largely unfair to say all the success City have had is due to dirty dealings, when many of the charges go back to incidences of 10 years ago or more.
Yes, we can't speculate just because of the rumors circulating because in fact there is no recent news regarding evidence that Man City really made this dirty mistake. If that really happens, Man City is threatened with being expelled from the EPL, which is quite a severe punishment for Any team that tries to violate must therefore be careful if they want to make dirty transactions. I hope the Man City rumors don't come true because it would be very sad to see Man City not be in the EPL if that really happened.
