Thanks for keeping your eyes still open and reporting it here , and yes for sure that Account Kuja29 got hacked.
Maybe its also possible that you can report that Fake Github Account on Github also with an reference to your post here.
Thats how i make it and if more reporting that on Github so faster the Fake Github Account gets deleted or banned.
