You have highlighted some positive aspects of gambling which is true but in reality it is difficult to find those positive aspects. Because it is not possible to get the behavior that should be among gamblers. Due to which those positive aspects are not effective. Because most gamblers don't treat their gambling as just fun. Even if they say it in mouth, their behavior is not like that in reality. Not all gamblers can win the lottery. While some may get money to change their genes, there may be many gamblers whose winnings do not have much of an impact on their lives compared to the amount of money they lost gambling. If the gambler can do responsible gambling then only he can enjoy gambling but he must not be greedy. Those who are greedy cannot practice responsible gambling.
