Freebitco.in isn't fan to hold or pause the campaign, AFAIK they only have one long campaign and other one was just a seasonal.
There are many things to continue or hold or end their campaign, they are free to do this with their money and we all knew that. The manager wrote this term clearly in the campaign thread.Quote
Since the campaign is put on hold because of insufficient balance, I believe it will continue, even though the worst case could happen too.
