Dominant clubs are annoying, and if their dominance is based on dirty dealings, then this increases the irritation tenfold.
Everything City have achieved, they did so on the field; if you are talking about the EPL charges when you say "dirty dealings", remember that it is innocent until proven guilty, as at this time the EPL are yet to prove their case and City still say they are 100% not guilty. Having said that, whatever the outcome of this trial is, i think it is largely unfair to say all the success City have had is due to dirty dealings, when many of the charges go back to incidences of 10 years ago or more.
What nonsense. Firstly, do not confuse the rules of civil law and criminal law. The presumption of innocence works in criminal law. In civil law, when “word is against word”, each party is obliged to prove its position. City, like true scammers, simply avoid this.
And please if you don't know anything about City scam (how is that possible lol) just google it first before arguing. For example, about Mancini’s double salary, fake sponsors from the UAE, this will be enough for you to start with.
