I passed KYC, my status at the moment on website is "Approved" after that I requested withdrawal but they rejected it again and started asking for things that are not even described in their ToS. However so far I already provided everything but they keep rejecting my withdrawals..

and they on the one day after winnings bigger amount set manually Clean Turnover score to 1/10 which prevent account to withdraw balance
