Xavi says that he is not appreciated, maybe he would like to stay with the players, but it is difficult to work in such an environment. I very much doubt that Xavi will remain in the team, if he announced it officially, he will do it. But I am also confident that he will not remain without a team for long, he showed himself very well in Barcelona, and if he gets into a team with good financial opportunities, he can achieve excellent results in any other team. He did a great job at Barcelona, considering the time he joined the team.
Xavi had a very clear reason when he said he wanted to leave Barcelona, because he felt unappreciated when he was in this team. What he has done so far seems to be a mistake in Barcelona's eyes, because they want more than that. In fact, if we draw out the common thread, everything that Barcelona is currently experiencing is due to management errors in managing the club which resulted in them ending up in a very difficult situation because they had to experience financial problems which have not yet been resolved. I see Xavi is disappointed with this team.
What is clear is that Xavi is at Barcelona in the wrong conditions. When Barcelona's financial situation was in ruins, Xavi came in and tried to improve it little by little. In my opinion, Barcelona should be grateful because in his first season Xavi presented the La Liga trophy in the midst of a bad financial situation. But this time Xavi couldn't hold back anymore when he didn't get full support. I also can't blame Barcelona officials because it is difficult for them to take other options when there is no adequate financial support. However, if you look at Barcelona's performance after Xavi's decision to leave it has improved a little, in terms of play it can still be promising. Moreover, at UCL the potential is quite large if they succeed in conquering PSG.

That might be a decision that makes Xavi have to face a dilemma. It cannot be denied that Xavi grew up with Barcelona, so it is not surprising that Xavi feels he has a debt of gratitude to Barcelona, and coaching Barcelona may be a form of contribution and return of his gratitude to Barcelona.

I think Xavi knows very well, that he will only be able to make Barcelona even better if he gets full support (including financial support). So with Barcelona's current condition, Xavi is aware that the mission he is carrying out will be quite difficult to come true. If he insists on remaining coaching Barcelona, then it could be an obstacle to his coaching career. Although painful, decisions must still be made and in this case, Xavi decided to move forward.
