It is quit disheartening of how the prices of things increases daily and salaries doesn’t increase making survival hard … The government isn’t really doing anything about it, it’s left for we the masses to strive and survive for ourselves and family

Because the government also has more agendas that must be considered in stages, which are not only about the salaries of civil servants. So the only solution you have to do in conditions like that is to continue to improve your own ability to earn more income by not depending on just one thing, namely your basic salary from the government.
