I am trying to create an account with MetaMask wallet. This is a wallet I created other day only to spend time with Web3 platforms. So whenever I need any balance I will send it there and test my things. But it's showing me error when I am trying to connect the wallet. I read on internet and the error information is below.
What configuration I need for connecting your platform?
This is not an error message,you just need to approve/accept it in order to connect your wallet through the Optimism network(an Eth layer2 network). I don't use Metamask on my desktop computer(I use WalletConnect instead on it) but I am using it on smartphone and it works well for me. I didn't test the Base network up to now, but with Optimism and Arbitrum One, it works smoothly for connecting my wallet.What configuration I need for connecting your platform?
Base is getting really popular in the last few weeks, it has low fees, lots of upside, so yeah, worth checking out definitely. Not to mention it is backed by Coinbase

I tried to log in using the walletconnect option as I don't want to use my social media accounts and I was offered different options to choose from. What I didn't get is why there are "discord", "github", "Google".. on the list of wallets?
I have trustwallet installed on my mobile so I chose it but nothing happened when I clicked on it. It didn't open my wallet to ask me for confirmation!
I believe it would be better if the list include only the supported wallets that are installed on the device to avoid confusion.

Hi there khaled0111, tnx for trying out our dApp. Connecting both with walletconnect and with trustwallet should work, but there might be some issues depending on the version of the device and the operating system of the phone. We can investigate this, if you tell me your versions.
Anyway, as Saint-loup pointed out, you can always try using walletconnect, trustwallet is supported there also
