I am also saying the same thing; the benchmarks of Bayern Munich past record against Arsenal should not be taking serious this time because Arsenal this season has breaken so many records people think they can’t, and Arteta has built his team to become a good team with winning mentality.

Defeating FC Porto is not always easy, and for Arsenal to be able to eliminate them in the knockout stage, I am seeing a great future ahead which means I am seeing Arsenal reaching the Champions League finals this season.
I am not underrating Bayern Munich because there inconsistency this season, but I can see that Arsenal squad have more quality an them and are on form compared to the German giants.
Arsenal can take advantage of this inconsistency to control the game, plus coach Tuchel incompatibility with Bayern Munich players is becoming increasingly clear, especially after Bayern Munich decision to fire him at the end of this season and the latest news regarding Xabi Alonso agreement to become Tuchel's replacement. However for now Arsenal also need to be careful, their schedule in the Premier League is quite busy and they have to prepare themselves against Man City, Luton Town and Brighton. In my opinion, Arteta challenge against Bayern Munich will really drain the energy of his players who are required to maintain their health and avoid injury. Against Man City is also the most decisive match for Arsenal in order to maintain their position at the top of the standings. We'll see if Arteta succeeds in getting through this challenge with maximum results, because playing against Bayern Munich without full strength would be very risky.
