I’m a frequent traveler backpack-style and am visiting Indonesia for the first time, just arriving in Jakarta today. What’s a better way to know a country than asking for advice from locals? I might just try!
I know that Indonesian people are very friendly (already proven today), so maybe someone here is happy to give me some tips for things to do and see (also places to visit thinking beach/nature/chilling other than Bali, which I already plan to visit).

Bali is one of the number one tourist destinations that foreign statesmen always go to because of its beautiful beaches and atmosphere. But apart from that, Indonesia is not just Bali. You should try to find tourist attractions other than Bali by searching on social media. Indonesia has many places of natural beauty. You have to go to Sukabumi, West Java to visit the beach/sea in Palabuhan Ratu. Palabuhan Ratu is not just about the beautiful beaches and sea, but in Palabuhan Ratu you can find other beauties such as several waterfalls in Palabuhan Ratu, cool mountains and friendly and harmonious people or residents. Of course they really welcome the arrival of tourists in their area. and in Sukabumi Masah there are places you have to go, such as Ujung Genteng Beach, Sawarna Beach and several waterfalls/waterfalls that will amaze you with their beauty and of course the tourist attractions are very safe and comfortable to visit. You must immediately go to tourist attractions in Indonesia apart from Bali. You can find out about beautiful tourist attractions in Indonesia via the internet. In essence, for a trip or holiday you have to go not only to Bali but also Sukabumi, Bandung, Pangandaran, Jogjakarta, Labuan Bajo.
