It’s been almost a year so I checked to see if the website is working because that’s what’s most likely the one of the things that stops working for a failed project. Surprisingly it’s still an active website. But I looked into their socials and their 𝕏 account has not made any tweets in a long time. Their telegram group is so dead that bots are spamming like it’s an abandoned city. It may not be rugpull but investors still lost their money anyway. I hope you didn’t invest in it.
I think one year is not enough to draw conclusions about this project. However, if investors are still losing money, I don't think this project is going well, even after almost a year of running. Additionally, you said that there are no recent tweets from this project, and that might mean that this project is progressing very slowly or perhaps not yet underway at all. Well, because of this, we really need to do research regarding the investment we are going to make. That way we know what project is the right one for us to invest in, and the right time to invest.
Progressing very slow? That is definitely a dead project. I didn’t do in-depth research but their socials say it all. If you’re wondering whether website may still be functional, it could be because the domain registration isn’t yet expired or maybe because they don’t want it to appear to investors that they have ran away with funds. The least they can do is control their telegram (but that isn’t happening so it’s obvious). I don’t believe the project is alive even by an inch which is why I was hoping the OP didn’t invest in it.
