I have tried to trust freebitco.in, even after my deposit was not duly credited I kept on making subsequent deposits and just writing mails to support with hopes that my complaint would be resolved (I mean it didn't seem like a big problem, all they had to do was check to see if I was credited or not)...
As a matter of fact I kept putting money in my account until February when I finally got in touch with TheQuin and immediate steps were not taken to rectify the issue. I don't care if withdrawals and deposits keep on being processed seamlessly, MY CONCERN IS THE LACK OF CARE/RESPECT FOR THE COMMUNITY THAT GIVES SO MUCH TO THE PLATFORM. Freebitco.in would have gone out of operation long ago but for you and I, we should be their priority but that is not the case. It has taken nearly 8 months for a simple issue such as mine to be addressed, not to talk of being resolved.

Everything that has happened about Freebitco recently looks very strange. I have been using freebitco.in since 2015 and I don't remember having any problems here, everything was always working perfectly, they were even recommended by a local bank when Bitcoin was a new thing.
I think they are very understaffed and there are some problems in freebitco.in management. Their signature campaign stopped and there is no response from TheQuin, there is no response about your case too, I don't know what's happening but it looks very strange and scary. For some reason, their marketing team and graphical designer seems to be working because I regularly receive promotional emails.
You might ask DT members to tag Freebitco for not solving your case. They will probably place a neutral tag at first and then negative tag if your case isn't resolved.
