This is what I care about in a casino website. Firstly, it should have many types of games like sports, esports, and blackjack. (But this is not always important; sometimes I still play on a website that only offers one game.) Secondly, does the website provide a tutorial or a free trial to test games? (Sometimes I don't know how to play a game, and I don't want to spend time depositing money to see if it's fun or not.) Thirdly, speed is important. How long does it take to register, to deposit, and to withdraw? Lastly, having many reviews from various users is the best.
Are you care free trial for gambling? Gamblers I think know enough about gambling that there is no need to have a free trial for them. And those who do not know about gambling should not gamble. Because if you don't know about gambling, you don't know the purpose of gambling. However, I find it absurd to include these topics in a casino review. I think highlighting about Min / Max Deposit/withdrawal limit and all other types of bonuses apart from kyc will attract gamblers more.
I still think casinos should have that to educate newbies. They can't keep old players around. In the end, they will leave for some reason, like moving to another page or simply losing interest. So, having a trial for newbies is a good way to find new customers, especially young players. Even though I usually play in esports and blackjack (of course, I have played some other games), I really don't know how to play certain games in a casino. However, I don't want to spend money just to test how to play or search for tutorials on the internet. I know I'm super lazy, but from my perspective as a customer, I'm writing this in hopes that casino websites will consider the needs of customers like me.
