-snip-
Napoli who happens to be the reigning champions of Italy haven't been able to replicate their impressive performance of last season in the ongoing campaign but because of their recent results in the league, I think they are now in strong position to finish the season in the top four of the league table but will need to win all or almost all their remaining league fixtures to be able to achieve that feat.
Bologna, Roma and Atalanta are occupying the fourth, fifth and sixth positions respectively and are very much in strong contention to finish the season in the top four as well and that's why I think it'll be very difficult for Napoli to get past them and climb to the fourth position of the league table.
For the manager at Napoli, I know he'll do his best to help the club finish the season in the top four of the league but even if he fails to achieve that , I don't think it should be considered as a failure for him because he didn't start the season with the club
Well, yeah, it seems that at the moment, Napoli is actually starting to struggle again, as they are improving their performance from the quite bottom again. with their new coach. so when playing against top clubs, it might be very tough for them. However, we can't expect Napoli to be like before. It is very different. If we look at last season, it would be a shame if Napoli only remained at the top of Serie A last season and could not continue their performance integrity this season. For, the coach's improvement was very significant.
So, indeed that has all changed. and we can say, next season, Napoli's chances of participating in the UCL or the UEFA Europe League are quite small. Unless they can take over Atalanta and Roma's position. But, we already know, it is also quite difficult because there are only a few matches left and they are still separated by many points. For their new coach right now, he also has very high challenge to bring Napoli as what the management expected, although it's very difficult to realize. But so far, it is actually quite better, although not really much.
