"Winners at random" is far fetched when so often the same people win on twitter.
Also, nobody cares about increased rain for easter, it's just a spamming contest in the chat.
If you don't bring a post monthly for easter then there is no promotion, that's a fact.
The same thing is happening with the Live daily Slot-hunt, where the same players are winning these challenges.
