As things stand, I would predict Arsenal to emerge victorious in that match unless Manchester City can prove otherwise, which I don't foresee happening, especially given their current midfield vulnerabilities. It's up to Arsenal to identify and exploit these weaknesses effectively.
It will be unsurprising if Arsenal does winn against Manchester city, the city team looks beatable this season and sometime losses their shape and balance. The tie is also a huge one to determine who wins the league between arsenal, liverpool and manchester city.
I think it will end in a 2-2 draw which gives liverpool a needed advantage
If we look at some of the problems currently facing Man City, namely that several of their core players have returned home injured after competing for their respective national teams. And it is quite unfortunate that some of the injured players are those who usually make Man City's defense difficult to penetrate. And the other bad news is about De Bruyne, who was reportedly injured again and could potentially not compete against Arsenal. but I hope De Bruyne has recovered and can play against Arsenal. A draw is possible. But everything is still 50:50. Because Pep can always overcome player injury problems because the Man City squad also has quality reserve players.
