This is a good point and I agree with this. When you are not on your +A game, then don't push your luck. It's better to stay away from your laptop or phone and preserve your money. It's a very big mistake because what happens when you are not with yourself is that you over risk your money, if you have a loss, then you want to make it back right away. So you risk more, and if you lose, you lose more. Plus the stress you will be carrying the rest of the week until you moved on.

It's not a good way of approach in gambling. Instead, when you feel it's not your day, then just stop. You won't lose any money so it's still a win day anyways.

In fact, gambling is basically not a good thing to do too excessively, like forcing your own luck. In my opinion, winning at gambling depends entirely on luck, but even so, that doesn't mean we have to force ourselves to continue gambling where we want to win by force or it is the same as wanting to get lucky. but I don't agree with having to stay away from cellphones or laptops, because in general nowadays everyone spends their daily lives with these two objects, whether they work or not, they definitely can't be away from cellphones and the internet.

Basically we have to be able to accept losing at gambling, because that is something that is bound to happen with the gambling we do. When gambling ends in defeat, then we have to stop, don't deposit money back to gamble again with the alibi of recovering losses or chasing wins, it will only trigger our emotions which cause a loss of self-control and end up losing money in greater amounts. . and what you say is true, when we gamble by chasing wins or recovering losses, it can make us stressed. So if the gambling you do ends up losing, then stopping and leaving the casino or gambling is the best thing.
