With your all review about the Manchester United and Ten Hag I have understanding their biggest issue is not players or their performance their biggest issue is Ten Hag who completely fail to understand ground realities and also players physiology which is hurting this team badly in this season even mostly were expecting good performance from then.
If he fails to give something better before end of this season then most chances we will have him without job after the end of this season which is having not good memories for the fans and players as well change of coach surely can bring better results and improvement in performance like we have in Roma case which are now doing good after changing their coach which was doing nothing and creating mess-up which was hurting their performance and progress in their league.
I doubt he will get sacked unless Ratcliffe has some tacit agreement with the Glazer family and they haven't publicly talked about it what will happen at the end of the season. But if not, I doubt that ten Hag will get sacked because he somehow manages to end up somewhere above the middle section of the table, even though not quite in the top four. I don't know whether any top coach would be available and be willing to take over the job in Manchester at the moment. The team is in an ok condition I would say, but they are not playing at their full potential, that is at least my opinion.
I don't think that ten Hag is the right man to bring those players to making use of their full potential ever and it seems that he doesn't understand how to put together a group of superstars to form an outstanding squad, keep the mood on a high level among the players and create healthy competition that is to the benefit of everyone.
