This could indeed be a fairly wise decision made by Xavi when talking about his future career, it's just that this is not very good for Barcelona because it could be that by leaving Xavi, Barcelona's condition will get worse when coached by people who are not too appropriate.
At the beginning of Xavi wanting to leave was the feeling that he could not lift Barcelona's condition from the downturn and actually brought them into a performance that was not very good but indeed until now slowly Xavi has actually brought Barcelona back to a positive situation and even they are in second place in the current standings and it would be a pity if he left because it could actually backfire on Barcelona for letting Xavi just leave after the good results given in these 2 seasons.
On the one hand when looking at Xavi condition which is sometimes blamed by fans, it is indeed very reasonable if Xavi leaves because after all, with his performance and coaching methods it seems that he will have no difficulty in developing his coaching power at other clubs because there will certainly be many clubs who want to get his services but on the other hand, when Xavi great love for Barcelona, the situation could change and Xavi could still stay at Camp Nou for next season, although i don't really like this possibility because it will definitely make Xavi blamed again when next season does not go according to plan but all decisions are ultimately in Xavis hands .
We don't need to doubt Xavi's devotion to Barcelona because it seems that Barcelona has always been a club that he will continue to be proud of and that is evident from his dedication from being a player to now being a coach but on the other hand we also cannot force Xavi's will because even though this is a club he is always proud of but when the lack of appreciation given to Xavi in the end it will actually give disappointment to Xavi himself so that rather than continuing to force himself by being in an environment that is not too comfortable for him, it is better for him to leave and look for a new club so that he can get more appreciation unlike in Barcelona.
This is a tough decision but still this must be done because he also has to be realistic that he himself will not be able to take Barcelona in a better direction amid financial conditions that cannot be resolved and it is also not his capacity because in the end management must make Barcelona better first.
