Yesterday I got the following mail from Wirex support, but this is again a standard mail and somehow it sounds like delaying, again no tracking number or concrete information about the refunds, what does Wirex actually have in their hands if not even the WXT tokens, at least they admit once that they have problems with the physical cards...
We would like to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced due to the delay in the delivery of your card. Our team has confirmed that there was an issue on a third-party side, which caused the delay. However, the matter has been resolved, and your card should be delivered soon.
Please note that we will refund the funds for the unused benefits of the price plan and the first card delivery as soon as possible. Please bear in mind that this process involves different departments and may take some time to be processed.
We are currently considering providing some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused. We would appreciate your understanding in this matter.
