I am no expert on this topic but in my opinion it seems clear the EU will be trying to put obstacles in the way of their citizens crypto adoption but I cannot state the same for BRICS. From what I understand, the BRICS nations are interested in
developing their own crypto to remove settlement of trade in $USD.
