What is the use case scenario for all this? I see a very interesting SOL project listing all these new Memecoins like Slothana or Dogwifhat
and just dont get the actual use case for it? I mean, dont we have enough memecoins on the market already with DOGECOIN or SHIBA INU?

That is the nature of the crypto market because if you don't hype your project with the help of influencers, you might not get any investor to buy and hold the token increasing the value of the coin. This is what we are seeing the crypto world everyday and thwre is nothing to do about that. Elon Musk also hyped Doge which is one of the reasons why so many people invested in the project.
