He would definitely receive all of these criticisms and hate talks and speech, all he's got to do is to focus on his job and not give double fvcks about what they think. Trying to sue them to court or whoever shows he allowed it get into his head. Though this is good way to tackle it too. Personally, I careless about what people say all I want is to get positive results.

I will say Barcelona's lack of finance to fund him get qualified players to replace those who's left affected him and ho he played. I won't blame a coach who won them the La Liga Competition last season.
Barcelona improvements since they announced Xavi Hernandez would be leaving at the end of the season has been great. Hopefully consistency keeps going.

Fans and club management will always blame the coach for the poor performance of the club. In the case of Xavi Hernandez, he doesn't deserve these attacks or criticism because he has lived up to expectations. Winning La Liga last season was a great achievement but it seems the club's management wanted him to win the Champions League but they failed to even win the Europa. Due to his failure to win any European title they wanted to replace him. But they failed to recognise that he was working on a limited budget which made the signing of more players to beef up the club difficult. The fans should also recognise that La Liga is a very tough league with many quality clubs competing for the top spots.

But it seems Barca management has now recognised that Xavi is a quality coach and replacing him will be difficult to replace. He has qualified the club for the UCL quarter-finals and the club is still gunning for the La Liga title. I think Xavi should be careful with the club because if he fails to lead the club to the semi-finals, they might start considering letting him go. He should weigh his options carefully and even consider moving out of the club because they might not give him the support if he doesn't meet their expectations. But I am so sure that the former Spanish international would get a lucrative job immediately after he leaves Barca.
