I think everything you wrote is correct but it has not been credited and my WBTC balance is 0.
Well, I hadn't looked into it properly yesterday. Your WBTC balance is still 0 as your deposit was BBTC, which has a different contract address. 'Cantsay' has clarified it properly in
his post. Although BCgame team doesn't accept BBTC deposit, but they should have access to the funds which you have sent to a wrong network. They will add the amount manually to your account by verifying the deposit. The involved amount is 1 BTC (equivalent to $70k now). @icopress & @efialtis, it will be helpful for the user if you guys tell BCgame team to give priority to his issue and solve it shortly.
There was a time someone had similar issue, he wanted to send a coin from his personal wallet to Binance and he copied the wrong address. He was charged an extra fee to recover the fund, so his case is actually solvable. 1wBBTC is a whole lot of money to allow to go down the drain and I'm sure if any of the above mentioned persons take up the issue, it will be resolved faster. Is the mention enough to draw their attention to the post or should they be sent PM?
Other casino usually solve this issue without fee since they will just need to import the wallet private to wallet that support the network of the coin. I understand that they might charge some fee since this is an extra work but they can use this opportunity as marketing by solving the issue without any fee to boost their reputation now that they are strengthening their reputation here after they solved all their pending issue last year.
I’ve done this mistakes twice on 2 different casino which I will not name and all of them solved it within 24hrs without any fee charge from me.
