I probably won’t agree that these are equal teams. Yes, Bayern had some decline, mainly due to the internal conflict in the team of players with Tuchel, but as far as I can judge from the latest results, this conflict has been resolved, the players achieved their goal, and Tuchel will leave the team in the summer.
Arsenal, despite the fact that they show a good game, are not always stable in their results. I noticed that they can play very well against weak and average teams, but they play differently against strong teams (by the way, let's see how they show themselves against City). I think that the Bayern will not lose in London and will win at home, that’s my forecast.
I agree there is a really nice improvement in Bayern Munich's recent results. However this can still be misleading. Because Bayern Munich have had inconsistencies quite often. We don't know how determined team we will see against Arsenal for now. If we consider that the Bundesliga title has slipped through their fingers they had better fight with all they have in the Champions League.
Kane is recovering faster than the expectations which is good news for them.

Without Kane scoring issues might occur to tell the truth. He has been like a goal machine so far. As for Arsenal they actually beat even Manchester City at Emirates this season. Bayern Munich will need to be ready for fast and dangerous Arsenal attacks.
