I believe that De Rossi's Roma would stand more chance against Milan. They failed with Mourinho against them. They lost twice in their domestic league. However while there is good progress in Roma football I'm more expectant from them. Because above all else they have started to play an effective attacking-oriented game. 
This was what Roma needed. Mourinho was just placing obstacles ahead of Roma because of his boring defensive strategies. Roma aren't a good defense team. We must have all understood it so far. They need to play more attacking to balance themselves.
Milan are still a tough opponent but Roma have more chance to advance after some important changes made by De Rossi.
Roma have continued to improve with De Rossi and it's only natural that if you are too confident in Roma's ability to eliminate Milan in the quarter-finals of the Europa League this season, I personally have a different opinion to you, I think so far De Rossi has indeed made a lot of changes but I think it is still untested when Roma face big teams and are above them at the moment in Serie A, Roma's two defeats are certainly not Mourinho's factor because in fact the mentality possessed by Roma today is still far below Milan, besides that, isn't Milan current squad more capable than Roma's?This was what Roma needed. I don't think you would say the same thing as today when Mourinho won the Conference League for the first time for Roma and indeed we are too easy to forget Mourinho's services to Roma after the sacking, although in fact Roma's dismissal of Mourinho was not based on Roma's performance in league, but none other than because of the bad relationship between Mourinho and the owner of Roma at that time.
