Xavi's current position is no longer comfortable and I think his decision to resign at the end of the season is very appropriate because he was not supported by the Barcelona management to build this team well, but instead the team management set a high target and in fact some of the news about Xavi's last time in blame for Barcelona's decline in performance this season.
The arrival of another coach next season does not guarantee that Barcelona's performance will be able to improve and it could even be worse.
Only Barcelona fans really want Barcelona's performance to get better from season to season, while others want it to get worse. Xavi resigned at the end of the season not because Barcelona did not support his wishes, but he actually had other problems personally that may have nothing to do with management. One of the problems that is often said to be the high demands of the media which make him always under pressure, is what makes him uncomfortable being Barcelona coach in the long term.
Xavi has done his job well since he signed a contract with Barcelona, he was even able to win the title when Barcelona did not have strong finances. I have to admit that's true, but people don't appreciate it but only bring it down even more.
