So I'm thinking before you become involved in frequent gambling behaviour what is the sign that you notice that you are doing when you gamble?
You will not notice the amount of time you spend and the amount of money you're spending until people notice it in your behavior and give you a warning about the time and money, but on your part when you enjoy something and you are deep into it, you hardly notice it and choose to ignore the advice of the people around you.
The hardest thing is you notice that you are doing something wrong the way you gamble when it's too late too much money has been lost and to much time allocated to gambling.
