Going totally against the main principle of Bitcoin. I was curious, so I checked out the site, I haven't laughed this hard in a while 
Why would someone hand their Bitcoins overt to them and then pay $15 a month?
The last I remember, people's Bitcoins got locked up in the custodial wallets, and they had no way of withdrawing it. The support wasn't helping either. If anyone decided to use that service again after all those complaints, that is on them.

Now I went through old comments on this topic, including mine and it's difficult to find good words about Xapo. Seems that in these 6-7 years they not only didn't become better, but turned only worse.
