So I'm thinking before you become involved in frequent gambling behaviour what is the sign that you notice that you are doing when you gamble?
I do not gamble frequently and I am not having any sign of addiction because I just gamble during weekends and sometimes I do not gamble throughout the week. What I can easily use to know if I am gambling too much is if I go beyond my gambling budget but I do not go beyond my gambling budget.
Sometimes, going beyond your budget is another way to test and over stretch your luck and based on that you may get lucky to win big when you over stretch your budgets and should not be seen as addiction since most times you can control yourself and still go above your weekly budget at times and still be fine, being able to control your spending even when you are on an increase budget on temporary bases shouldn't classify as gambling addiction.
Gambling addictions is way ahead and different in nature because of it forces on the victims, because some of the gambling addicts are poor and sometimes can't afford they next bet, but yet will case the urge until the act in wird manner sometimes.
