So I'm thinking before you become involved in frequent gambling behaviour what is the sign that you notice that you are doing when you gamble?
I do not gamble frequently and I am not having any sign of addiction because I just gamble during weekends and sometimes I do not gamble throughout the week. What I can easily use to know if I am gambling too much is if I go beyond my gambling budget but I do not go beyond my gambling budget.
I am not a gambling addict as well as I only gamble everytime I have spare money from my salary, when there’s none then I don’t have reason to gamble.
