What 3rd party agency would you use to get this "graded" for lack of a better term.
I know that CGC does comic books, PCGS does coins, who would do newspapers?
Would you consider getting this paper slabbed up, it may increase the appeal.
I already have a certificate of authenticity from the collector firm I got it from, but the buyer can get it checked at any reputable venue.
