I may never get back my funds, but what I promise to never stop doing is calling the owners of the platform out. It is foolish and thieving to have a website of millions of users with no investment made on quality customer support. For all the money TheQuin and Wetsuit make, give me one reason why they cannot employ extra hands to effectively run their customer support if they are not stylishly being fraudulent. They know it is impossible for 2 people to continuously handle that amount of work (along with a chunk of other projects), still after 10 years+ in business they think it's irrelevant or not necessary to hire a support team, that says it all for me. It's a well organized scam lol.
Ideally, nobody should have to wait for TheQuin to come online before they can get any assistance from freebitco.in, it makes no sense.
Open your eyes people and ask the right questions, you're putting money into a system that has zero value for you as a customer, or do you guys use your freebitco.in accounts as a faucet? Most likely not. The majority of people here probably deposit on that platform from time to time so you need to see that my concerns are valid for us all as a community.
If you go through my posts and accusation you will find that a number of people have also come out to lay the same complaints, customer support on this platform is non-existent. You cannot use freebitco.in like I do and be okay with waiting for TheQuin to come online on a non-related platform so your concerns on his website can be addressed. What?? Lol, who does that?
I will keep at this for as long as my issues remain unattended to. There's always going to be another victim tomorrow, maybe they will see this and it will help save them.
