I don't quite understand how to navigate this forum, I have only registered here in an attempt to reach TheQuin to get back my funds. Not sure why I'm being ranked as "loudmouth" with negative merits for voicing out a complaint.

It is very easy to navigate the forum, you choose the board you are interested in and the topic that interests you in that board. I suggest you read the forum rules -> Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ, and especially pay attention to rule 32, which you break with Posting multiple posts in a row.
As for the negative merits and the "title" you got, it's an April Fool's joke
