Grin's market cap is only at $9.8 million today and there's barely any trading volume and liquidity on centralized exchanges. Safe to assume that it has little to no attention now and that it's pretty much a 'dead' project now, unfortunately. If it had little to no usage back then, then pretty much almost no one would be using it today.
Grin has made bad marketing efforts beyond Bitcointalk. I think that is the problem. Many people never really warmed up to Grin.
