Since we are talking about the premier league, there are many possibilities for any team. There is a chance for a team to come back and take the title from Liverpool before the season ends. But I think the main competitor for Liverpool is currently Arsenal because now Arteta is even more experienced and he can have a better performance than last season by the player they bought.
Generally, I think predicting the winning this season can be very hard but I still go for Liverpool.

But on the one hand, I also feel that Klopp deserves to have precious memories with Liverpool this season as Klopp's last season with Liverpool. So I also hope that Liverpool will win the title this season. but if you look at Arsenal's current performance then I also feel that Arsenal is the real challenger this season for Liverpool.
