I think how these guys have run the scam operation for years, i think these guys are similar to Indian Scam callers. Its too systematic, small and cold-blooded action, i cant imagine any 1st or 2nd world country group would bother doing this.

Indian Scam Callers are known for not caring at all who they steal money from.
