At the end of the day, it's best to be practical and to not put all of your eggs in one basket, especially with a solar CME the likes of the Carrington Event or larger being able to theoretically take out the entire global technological infrastructure, including every blockchain unless someone houses at least one node in some sort of really good Faraday cage.
Real estate is a tangible asset and always has kept its value
Bitcoin is backed by math and is about as solid of a digital asset we can have. Unclear how it will look once, or close to, when all BTC has been released and transaction fees replace mining.
Personally, both are essential assets in a future-proofed strategy.
