Just checked the link and it works for me.
Since 2 days ago, when I changed the browser (switched from brave to chrome), I encounter a different "problem" though.
I am using my home IP, which I always used on bc. Checked the rules and Japan is not in the restricted countries. When extra checking my IP, it is located in Japan as well.
So why this message is showing up, no idea. After closing it the website works normal, I could play any game if I like.
Quite strange I must say.
After some research I changed my DNS to google dns (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4), but just like i just get this error now. Maybe because google is based in US that's why i got this error. I don't know if this good on BC games system, maybe i'll just bring back my dns to default and access the bc.casino mirror.
